I went to the Dental Touch to have my permanent upper front teeth crowns put in. Due to many medical problems I have had it had been quite a few months that I had the temporary one in and it started to get loose over an 8 month period. This was not Dental Touchs fault it was mine like I explained above. The people that work at Dental Touch are the most incredibly nicest people I have ever met. They brought me in right away to fix this problem. Dr. Shireen Dhanani is so nice and accommodating you feel like part of the family there. In the past I feared going to the dentist but Dr. Shireen Dhanani made me feel relaxed and I never felt any pain during any of the procedures she performed on me. Her employees are also wonderful, the dental tech assigned to me was amazing and everyone is very professional and knowledgeable in the dental field. I am actually looking forward to my next appointments coming up. I wish I could give them 100 stars and I highly recommend using The Dental Touch for all your dental needs.

After I moved to Michigan from Florida, I traveled all the way back to Florida for my new crowns. I wanted quality work for my new smile. From the time I walked into the dental office to the final step of my crowns, the entire team (from receptionist to the owner's), we're so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The dental assistant Chyree and Dr. Dahanani were absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable! They explained every step as we went and made sure every tooth fit perfectly. Their attention to detail amazed me. I'm so happy with my new beautiful crowns. They look completely natural and the smile has boosted my confidence. I wanted to thank my dental hygienist, Lynn. She was so sweet and did an excellent job on my deep cleanings. Thanks, Patricia and Frank who designed my smile and took extra time to craft each tooth individually. My first appointment was the most comprehensive dental exam I’ve ever had (and I’ve been a dental assistant over 35 years) I was treated with kindness, professionalism and excellent care. The hygienist, Lynn, was very gentle and thorough. Dr. Dhanani was very kind, answered any questions and explained the treatment plan. On November 12, 2025, I had an appointment at My Dental Touch, In LEESBURG, FL, where Dr. Shireen DHANANI D.M.D., had placed a Stent into my upper Jaw area behind my left Eye Tooth, where an Implant will be placed there in about four months from now. Dr. DHANANI, made it a very painless procedure. She and her Assistant were so very Caring and Careful during this difficult process. One of her Assistants called me the following morning to check up on me to make sure that everything was fine, and I told her that there was no pain and I felt great and I appreciate the fact that someone did check up on me to make sure I was doing well. Since I have been having some Dental work done here at The Dental Touch which was Approved by The Veterans Administration, I have to say that “Dr. DHANANI, and her Entire Staff are so Caring, Professional, and Friendly as far as I’m concerned, It’s one of the Best places for my and anyone’s dental care to take place at”. I had the pleasure of meeting Lynn (hygienist) Dr. Dhanani, and a few gals at the front office today for my first dental cleaning in Florida . As a practicing Dental hygienist from the state of Massachusetts I can attest this office is amazing ! They have the most up to date technology with the knowledge and expertise to go along with everything they have for service. Dr Dhanani voice always has a calming effect on me when I get anxious. Everyone who works with her is always caring and assuring me about the process from your entrance to your exit from the facility. Taryn was wonderful; cautious and gentle during the preparation process of wearing my invisaligns.

Dr. Dhanani and Alicia were amazing and stayed way longer than expected to address my needs. They were both comforting and helpful in explaining everything along the way. I was very satisfied with my visit and the results.

Everyone including dentist was amazing. I had best cleaning I had ever had. My only complaint is I thought going in I would only be paying $25 for the oral cancer screening and walked out over $100 later. I would have like to know certain things were not covered completely prior to my apt with an estimate of cost going into it as I am not a fan of surprise cost. I also was unaware it would be 2 hour apartment and had to get back to work. Can I suggest when you make the appointments with patients to explain how long it will take so we can make arrangements with our jobs.

This was my first time here. Dr. Shireen Dhanani has such a presence about her! She was so sweet and took her time explaining things. I could really feel her passion of dentistry. I felt she was very honest with me about my concerns. I will say she gained a new patient today. Her staff that I came in contact with were over and beyond!! It was so nice going into an office and not seeing any negative attitudes or getting that “off feeling” from staff. My overall experience I would say was a 10/10! I DON’T like going to the dentist in general and I have to say I already scheduled my next appointment and if it goes as nice as this one did it might just change my outlook of scheduling those appointments rather then putting them off.

I walked in with the hope they’ll accepted new patients and that I could start some initial paperwork. To my big surprise (and because there was a cancellation) they worked me in so I could at least get an initial evaluation and get some medication to help the toothache I had been dealing with over the past three days ( and gradually getting worse ). Theresa helped me with the initial paperwork ( convenient on a tablet) and was very friendly and helpful. Then Alicia, the dental assistant, took X-rays of the sore tooth and impressed me with her handling and skill. Dr. Shireen Dhanani then clearly explained the probable cause of my pain and put the problem in a larger perspective ( not only looking at the one tooth that has the problem but also looking at the arrangement of the other teeth as well ). With my permission a CT-scan and closeup pictures of my jaws + teeth were made in different positions of opening and closure . I was given a prescription to help the pain and inflammation and we’ll be discussing the different options ( from simple to comprehensive plans) this next Monday, after the doctor had the time to put all the data gathered during this visit together. Now, I call this patient service at the highest level of curtesy and professional excellence.

The dentist at My Dental Touch Wellness Studio (Dr. Dhanani and Alicia) were incredibly gentle and caring from the moment I walked in to the time I left, making sure to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand.

I had a very pleasant visit. It entailed teeth cleaning, X-rays, and a chlorine treatment. My dental assistant was friendly, professional, and gentle. The cleaning was thorough and, I felt, it was well done. The Doctor checked my teeth for hidden problems and took time to discuss a few questions that I had. I’ve been going to the Gentle Touch for many years and have always been glad I found them to help me with my teeth. I’m always welcomed with smiles and treated with respect.

Update: The Dental Touch remains an exceptional practice. I had a tooth implant recently and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Everything went well. Have just been to The Dental Touch after a year (COVID). During the time I didn't go they did contact me and I said I was waiting for the vaccine. Finally got my shots and made an appointment. I felt very safe and well protected. Amy, my dental tech, was new to me. I noticed she was very careful about cleaning her hands and well masked. After she took x-rays, she wiped down all the equipment before starting cleaning my teeth. I usually have some pain with that high pressure "water pik" (not sure what it's actually called), but this time nothing. PAIN FREE. I was totally impressed with Amy's professionalism, skill, and concern. I will only go in Fridays now, because that's when Amy works. I've been going to The Dental Touch for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience. I always feel welcome and well treated by all the staff. I know how difficult it can be finding the right dentist (I see Dr. Dahnani personally and love her). You can trust everyone in this practice to take exceptional care of you.

I can’t say enough good things about the care I receive from Dr Dhanani and her amazing assistant, Alicia. From the moment I walk in, I felt genuinely cared for. Finally found a dentist who I am comfortable with and have confidence in. Dr. Dhanani is the 4th dentist I have been to since moving to Florida in 2015 and I could not be happier with her or her staff. Had 7 caps done and in the process of 4 implants being done. Extensive bone grafting was required for the implants and Dr Dhanani even made me another partial plate at no cost to get me through until the implant process is completed. I would highly recommend The Dental Touch. Update: My journey of 4 bridges and 4 implants is almost complete and I am thrilled with results. Dr. Dhanani is truly an artist and I can't stop smiling after getting my new permanent bridge of 8 teeth in the upper front. She did an amazing job and the teeth look beautiful. While everyone in the office is professional and compassionate, Dr. Dhanani's assistant Alicia has been with me thru the entire process. She is meticulous about her job and very personable. I am so thankful I found this dental practice. A big THANK YOU to all of you!

Best experience at a dentist office in all my 72 years! The hygienist Lynn is kind , caring and has a great personality. The rest of the staff was just as great. Dr Dhanani is amazing. A great dental experience from start to finish! I ended up needing some dental advice from professionals after having a severe tooth ache while on a family vacation. Upon returning from vacation I tried contacting several places to see who could get me in to address the pain issue. I got a referral from a close family member to reach out to Alicia. Alicia immediately contacted her boss, Dr. Dhanani, and told me to come in the same day!! Alicia greeted me in the front office and took me back and got the answers to my issue...I needed a root canal. Dr. Dhanani was very thorough and told me what I needed to do to get my problem resolved. Thank you to everyone at My Dental Touch for the prompt service and expertise!

I had a crown put in many years ago and it was done wrong and the tooth fell out. I called the office and they got me in for an appointment the next morning. Alicia and Dr Dhanani were amazing. They took their time fixed the problem, and got me out of by pain quickly. They were very understanding and helpful and made sure the job was done right the first time. I now use them as my regular doctor for dental check ups.

I've gone 46 years without proper dental care. I was terrified of dentists even though, I didn't have to pay a thing because I'm 100% disabled through the Veterans Administration. I finally said to myself that I would attempt it a final time. I went to the, Dental Touch, and I was greeted by Alicia, the warmest assistant (words could never explain what magic she used but I was ready) Since then everything has been fabulous. I'm about to receive full implants upper and lower. I'm so excited to finally be who I was over 50 years ago coming back home (Injured but alive). I was a Lieutenant in Vietnam, most of my teeth were gone. Dental Touch, not only made me feel better but finally I can smile again.
